Job Description / Responsibility
  • Welcome and Greet Visitors, Applicant, and Corporate Clients in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage Incoming Phone Calls, E-mails, and Inquiries, and Route them to the Appropriate Department or individual.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain a Tidy and organized Reception Area.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Provide information about Visa Processing, Air ticket, Package Tour Etc.
  • Handle Client registrations and maintain records of client interactions.
  • Responsible to Maintain Facebook & Others Social Media Activities.

Educational Requirements
  • HSC, Alim (Madrasah), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of Arts (BA)
Experience Requirements
  • 1 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Advertising Agency, Software Company, Consulting Firms, Travel Agent, Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Tour Operator, Immigration/Visa Processing, Call Center
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
