Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Responsibility:
- Supervising day-to-day operations in the customer service department.
- Responding to customer service issues in a timely manner.
- Creating effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
- Developing customer satisfaction goals and coordinating with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
- Implementing an effective customer loyalty program.
- Maintaining accurate records and documenting all customer service activities and discussions.
- Assessing service statistics and preparing detailed reports on your findings.
- Improves customer service quality results by conducting surveys and studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes and establishing and communicating service metrics and monitoring and analyzing results.
- Implements production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
- Contributes customer service information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
- Audits customer service procedures and trends and determines system improvements.
Educational Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Multinational Companies
Additional Job Requirements
- Age at least 40 years
- 2+ years of work experience in a similar position.
- Proficient knowledge of customer service, and standard office practices and procedures.
- Proficient standard office equipment skills.
