Job Description / Responsibility
- Candidates have to make Inbound and outbound calls.
- Managing survey calls and customer service inquiries.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Keep records of customer interactions and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Educational Requirements
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Software Company, IT Enabled Service, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center, E-commerce
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 18 to 35 years
- Excellent communication skills with customers in appropriate accent.
- Must have clear spoken ability in English and Bangla.
- Have excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
- Be confident and able to approach people.
