Job Description / Responsibility
  • Company Details:

  • You have attend customer and communicate with them in English.
  • You may provide service in Call or Text in English .
  • Answering questions about company's services in English.
  • Processing orders and transactions.
  • Take responsibility and solve customer's complaints.
  • Collecting and analyzing customer's feedback.
  • Competent skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Must have the ability to work in a team

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor/Honors, Diploma
