Job Description / Responsibility

Attending Phone calls and maintain call log.
Should be able to handle visitors in a proper and polite manners.
Receiving customer queries and forwarding to concern department.
Collecting information from the customer and inputting this correctly and appropriately on the database.
Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics.
Provide product information to the customer
High on energy and enthusiastic to ensure quality of service to our customers
Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
Receiving customer complaints and input those in the system for necessary measures
Develop and maintain close relationship with both existing and potential customers.
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and provide them information about the resolution of the same / close files.
Reporting day to day activities to the concern authority.
Organize and attend outdoor business meeting when necessary.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Consulting Firms, Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Automobile, Transport Service, Beauty Parlor/Saloon/Spa, E-commerce Startup
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements

Age 18 to 30 years
Excellent written & verbal communication skills in both English & Bengali languages.
Must have computer knowledge on MS Word, MS Excel and be capable to use Company ERP software
Problem solving mindset commitment to continuous learning
Computer skill
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Good communication skill.
