Job Description / Responsibility
  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound international calls in a timely manner.
  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.

Educational Requirements
  • Graduation/ Post graduation degree in any discipline from any reputed public or private university. Graduates with CGPA 3.50 and above will be given preference.
Experience Requirements
  • 1 to 2 years

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 22 to 30 years
  • Additional Requirements:
  • Previous working experience in a customer support role.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening skill.
  • Having an American accent will get preference.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
