- Position Overview:
- A Tech Customer Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical assistance and resolving customer issues related to products or services.
- Job Responsibilties:
- Provide efficient client support via email, phone, and social media addressing queries and resolving issues.
- Maintain a detailed record of Help Desk requests, including actions, decisions, and resolutions.
- Find and solve software issues using our products and services.
- Guide to help clients use our software effectively and improve their experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, problems, and solutions.
- Work with development and product teams to resolve complex issues and improve products.
- Stay informed on new technologies, and SaaS software to provide effective support.
- Technically skilled in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving client software problems.
- Work Place: Cemex Shimul Trishna Trade Centre, Ka-86/1, (3rd Floor) Progoti Sarani Road, Kuril, Dhaka-1229.
- Time:(09:00 Am-06:00 Pm)
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Software Company, IT Enabled Service, E-commerce, Educational Technology (Edtech) Startup
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Job Requirements
- Fluent in the English and Bangla languages.
- Technical/Customer support background preferable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
