Job Description / Responsibility

With a team of forward-thinking professionals, we work on a diverse range of projects—from residential buildings to commercial spaces and everything in between. We are looking for passionate and creative individuals to join our team as an Architect & Interior Designer.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs and concepts for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and presentations.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project feasibility.
- Conduct site visits and inspections during the construction phase.
- Design functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces that reflect the client's vision and brand.
- Create floor plans, mood boards, and 3D renderings to communicate design concepts.
- Select furniture, finishes, lighting, and decor elements for various spaces.
- Provide guidance on color schemes, materials, and finishes.
- Work closely with clients to make design recommendations and adjustments.
- Oversee the implementation of designs, including furniture placement and styling.
- Manage supplier relationships and procure materials as needed.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
Experience Requirements
Additional Job Requirements
- Proven experience (1+ years) in architecture and interior design, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- A fresher can depend on their qualification while applying.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, and materials.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Creative, innovative, and detail-oriented, with a passion for design excellence.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Desired Skills: Experience with sustainable design practices.
- Knowledge of the latest design trends and technologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
