Job Description / Responsibility

Contract creation: Outlining contract contents, negotiating details, and drafting contracts.
Contract management: Monitoring deadlines, ensuring contract compliance, and keeping contract documentation up to date.
Contract execution: Supervising the execution of contracts and ensuring the company gets the best possible results.
Payment Terms & Conditions of the sub-contractor’s work order.
Relationship building: Maintaining relationships with vendors and other business connections.
Contract issues: Investigating and addressing contract issues, and resolving legal disputes.
Contract communication: Informing internal and external stakeholders of the status of contracts.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements

At least 10 years

Additional Job Requirements

Age at least 35 years
B.Sc at least 10-12 year(s).
Diploma at least 15-18 year(s).
Legal training and up-to-date knowledge of contract law.
Strong negotiating skills.
Road and Bridge work experienced.
Should have the knowledge of any kind of civil drawings.
Should have good knowledge all kinds of analysis of works.
Communication talent.
Confident manner.
An understanding of the construction industry.
Good written and oral communication skills in both English & Bangla.
