Job Description / Responsibility

Project Coordination:
Assist in planning and executing construction and development projects.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
Site Management:
Supervise construction sites and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Monitor progress and resolve issues to ensure project success.
Documentation:
Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, drawings, and compliance documents.
Cost Management:
Assist in estimating project costs and managing budgets effectively.
Stakeholder Communication:
Act as a liaison between management, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Educational Requirements

Diploma
Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements

5 to 7 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate, Group of Companies, Developer, Real Estate Startup

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 45 years
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office / Excel, and project management software.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
Effective site management and supervisory skills.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements for construction and land development in Bangladesh.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in budgeting and cost estimation.
Candidates must be proficient in riding a motorcycle and have a valid motorcycle driving license. Owning a motorcycle will be considered as a priority.
