Job Description / Responsibility

Technical Support and Aftersales Services*
Provide comprehensive aftersales support, including troubleshooting, diagnostics, and maintenance of port machinery.
Ensure prompt and effective resolution of technical issues to minimize equipment downtime.
Conduct regular maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance of machinery.
Parts and Training Management*
Manage and coordinate the supply of spare parts, ensuring availability and timely delivery.
Provide technical training to customers and internal teams, enhancing their operational and maintenance capabilities.
Develop training materials and conduct hands-on workshops tailored to customer needs.
Customer Engagement*
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, maintaining strong relationships through regular meetings and updates.
Gather feedback to improve service quality and address customer concerns effectively.
Provide technical presentations and product demonstrations to support sales and service campaigns.
Campaigns and Promotions*
Plan and execute service campaigns, including preventive maintenance drives and promotional activities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote new service offerings and parts packages.
Identify opportunities to upsell service solutions and enhance customer value.
Documentation, Reporting, and Analysis*
Maintain detailed service records and prepare technical reports for internal and customer review.
Provide regular updates and reports to management on service activities, customer feedback, and key performance metrics.
Analyze service data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential risks, presenting actionable recommendations.
Compliance and Continuous Improvement*
Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Participate in the development and implementation of best practices to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Educational Requirements

Diploma in Marine Engineering, Diploma in Mechanical, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
