Job Description / Responsibility

  • B&T Development Ltd. is going to launch a lucrative apartment project comprising about 4,00,000 square
  • feet on 05 bigha land and passionately desire to set a unique standard of apartments in Bangladesh. If you

  • Responsibilities:
  • Assist the management in total project planning preparing and monitoring project schedules.
  • Study the structural, architectural and other designs drawings of the project. Supervise the construction of building including shore pile, basement, super structure, sanitary, plumbing, electrical and total finishing works as per approved drawings/designs.
  • Ensure site safety codes, Occupational Health and safety Act, security of materials and equipment.
  • Ensure quality control, define the problems and suggest for improvement.
  • Maintain proper procurement protocol for all construction materials and prepare audit reports to support findings by the management.
  • Check internal services and related agreements with suppliers to ensure proper supply and services.
  • Monitor and maintains project construction schedule on a weekly and monthly basis and add day to day issues.
  • Provide timely feedback and maintains liaison with management to minimize project risks.
  • Checking stores and maintains documentation properly.
  • Oversee day to day activities of all contractors, rubbish management and wastage control.

Educational Requirements
  • B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed engineering university.
Experience Requirements
  • At least 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Group of Companies

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age at most 32 years
  • Experience Requirements
  • 03 years or more in the real estate and construction industry.
  • Additional Requirements:
  • Age maximum 32 years (flexible for competent candidate)
  • Team management and organizational skill.
  • Computer software such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and AUTOCAD.
  • Proactive approach, positive attitude and commitment to professional integrity.
