Job Description / Responsibility

Sub-Station Operation, Installation & Maintenance.
Generator Servicing.
Generator Operation & Maintenance.
Sound knowledge of BBT.
Dry/Oil type Transformer.
Maintenance of FDB & SDB.
Firm knowledge of High/Low voltage Circuit Breakers, MC & other protection system.
Firefighting system.
PA System.
BEMS system operation.
Preparation of an electrical billing system for a running project.
Maintaining the teamwork between the electricians, generator operators, plumbers & lift operators.
Should have a sound knowledge of preparing work reports, BOQ, work schedules, and project planning.
Building wiring diagram.
AutoCAD.
Any other tasks assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements

Diploma
Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Public University.

Experience Requirements

At least 8 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate, Developer

Additional Job Requirements

Age at least 30 years
Should have enough knowledge in Residential & Commercial building.
Should have enough connection with DESCO, DPDC, PDB and other Government officials etc.
