Job Description / Responsibility

Collaboration: Working with other departments.
Technician Management: Handling rosters, conveyance, and bills.
Training Coordination: Organizing training sessions for the maintenance team.
Documentation: Keeping and updating maintenance-related documents.
Reporting: Preparing reports and updating the monthly tracker.
Client Communication: Managing service, spares, safety, and payment communications.
Offer Preparation: Creating maintenance and repair offers for customers.
SAP Management: Updating SAP entries related to maintenance.
Service Management: Handling callbacks, service registration, and allocation.
Financial Documentation: Preparing offer letters, estimations, and invoices.
Data Entry: Recording maintenance activities and following up on payments.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

1 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Escalator/Elevator/Lift
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
