Job Description / Responsibility
  • Oversee the installation of HVAC systems on-site, ensuring alignment with project schedules and quality standards.
  • Monitor subcontractors’ work to ensure that installations are done according to plan.
  • Manage change orders and project modifications as necessary.
  • Address and troubleshoot technical issues that arise during installation and construction phases.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, ASHRAE standards, and relevant regulations.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide recommendations to project managers.
  • Provide regular updates to project managers and clients on project progress, issues, and timelines.
  • Document any changes in project scope and ensure proper approvals.
  • Ensure that all work complies with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures on-site.
  • Promote a culture of safety and quality across all project activities.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
Experience Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, HVAC System

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 25 to 30 years
