Job Description / Responsibility

Address and resolve employee welfare-related concerns and issues.
Provide guidance and support to employees regarding personal or professional challenges.
Follow up maternity leave formalities, procedure & policy, counseling regarding leave.
Counsel absentee workers to reduce absenteeism.
Ensure that workers know available support systems, including healthcare, counseling, and safety programs.
Monitor and improve workplace health and safety standards in alignment with local laws and regulations.
Regular inspections should be conducted to identify potential hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken.
Encourage and promote a culture of inclusivity, respect, and teamwork within the workplace.
