Job Description / Responsibility

Sales, Reservation & Ticketing·
Handle day to day passengers (walk in and over phone)·
Track and monitor company targets·
Develop client relationships·
Exercise tele sales & handle customer complaints
Ability to handle telephone, hot line, e-mail, social Media inquiries.
Checking qualification, eligibility of the applicants, follow destination countries, visa application processing system.
Creating and managing customer, maintain visitors Database and Regular follow-up them.
Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms and maintain files and record.
Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages.
Acquiring the monthly revenue and profit target generated by the management.
Design complete travel itineraries for clients.
Research various destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews etc.
Ability to handle unforeseen problems and complaints of clients and determine effective solution.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

2 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Travel Agent, Tour Operator, Immigration/Visa Processing

Additional Job Requirements

Age 30 to 40 years
Familiarity with GDS.
Familiarity with domestic and foreign travel destinations.
Must be presentable and good in English.
Must know Microsoft word, Power point, and Excel.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Great interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to present, persuade, and communicate effectively.
