Job Description / Responsibility

Irving Aviation Ltd. is looking for a Sr. Executive / Executive Visa Processing (1st World) with knowledge and experience in tourist visa consultancy for 1st world countries. The goal is to enhance satisfaction, acquire an expanding and dedicated clientele, and increase the sales ratio of the company.·
Checking qualifications, eligibility of the applicants, following destination countries, and visa application processing system.·
Accept applications from clients as per the destination country checklist.·
Ability to handle telephone, hotline, e-mail, and social media inquiries.·
Creating and managing customers, maintaining visitors' database, and regular follow-up.·
Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms, and maintain files and records.·
Handle unforeseen problems and complaints of clients and determine an effective solution.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

2 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Travel Agent

Additional Job Requirements

Age 26 to 36 years
Candidates with experience in 1st world visa application will get preference Great interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively.
Familiarity with domestic and foreign travel destinations.
Must be presentable and good in English.
Must know Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, and good organizational and time-management skills.
