Job Description / Responsibility
- Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and engage potential B2B clients to grow our business. Conduct research to identify prospective clients in target markets and develop a sales strategy to secure new contracts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities to expand services.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with company goals. Execute these plans to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct effective product presentations and demos, showcasing the value of our solutions and addressing client needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to provide strategic input and recommendations.
- Work closely with the team and corporate Partners.
- Reporting with documents and communication materials.
- Provide Demo to the Client.
- Onboard the leads and convert them to start the services.
- Relationship management with the clients.
- Ensure other fulfillment activities with the cross functional teams.
- Maintain and build a strong relationship with existing Clients.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Software Company, Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Healthcare Startup
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Job Requirements
- Age at least 18 years
- Minimum 1-2 years in Business Development and Vendor Management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Prior knowledge and experience in lead acquisition and conversion.
- Able to maintain client relationships and keep a track of funnel.
- Willing to travel anywhere in the specific division.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
