Job Description / Responsibility
  • Providing Human resource staffing plan in short term and long term to the recruitment manager for maintaining proper number of human resources staffs.
  • Coordinate and cooperate with the Training & Development team to conduct the training need assessment and provide the individual training development plan for the staffs of the unit.
  • Monitors and guide the HR staffs to ensure timely attendance of workers, disciplinary issues and leave issues.
  • Preparing reports on employee turnover and attendance issues and provides recommendations to overcome challenges to Corporate HR.
  • Responsible for standard conflict management process in the factory in line with the policy guidelines and existing labor law of Bangladesh.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, attendance/ leave, performance & career management systems.
  • Preparing monthly Attendance Report & HR-Report of the Group.
  • Ensure to keep HRIS database updated through HR software for monitoring information management, reports and decisions.
  • Preparing monthly salary adjustment advice to payroll.
  • Preparing different types of certificates as per employee requirement such as Employment/ Salary/ Experience certificate.
  • Preparing memos, letters, circular and other communication materials for day to day HR operations.
  • Assist in developing and organizing comprehensive induction program and training for newly joined and existing employees as per the policy and procedure of the organization.
  • Ensuring healthy workplace by follow up Health and Safety issues of the employees.

Educational Requirements
  • Masters/ MBA from any public/ private (DU/ NSU/ BU/EU/ IU/ JU) University with major in HRM
  • PGDHRM from BIM will get preference.
  • Skills Required: Performance Appraisal,Compensation & Benefits,ISO 9001:2000,HRIS,Job Analysis & Manpower Planning,Labor Management
Experience Requirements
  • At least 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  • General HR, Factory HR Administration, Organization Development/ Process Improvement, HRIS/ HR Database Management
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Engineering Firms, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 27 to 35 years

  • Good command of communication skills in English is very essential.
