Job Description / Responsibility

Must have experience in the Accounts & Finance department from a renowned construction company or real state company.
Maintain Organizational accounts (Cash Book/ Bank Book/Bank Reconciliation/ledgers etc.)·
Maintain Project accounts both manually and using accounting software independently.
Prepare and maintain all the vouchers, requisition slips & bills.
Sound knowledge of TAX and VAT.
Preparation of Cash Flow Statements, Financial Budgets, Ratio Analysis, Recovery Reports, Financial Projections, etc. every month and analyzing and presenting these reports to Top Management.
To prepare management reports monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, yearly, and when necessary and submit the reports to the Management on time.
Checking of monthly Back-to-Back Liabilities, Accepted Liabilities, all types of Bank liabilities, bills receivable, Stock & Inventory.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Experience Requirements

2 to 5 years
