Job Description / Responsibility

Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in Oncology, Hematology, & Virology to foster relationships, facilitate scientific discussions, and gather insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Coordinate and lead scientific sessions, advisory boards, and educational events with KOLs to exchange knowledge, share clinical data, and gather feedback on products and initiatives.
Provide medical and scientific expertise to support the development and execution of marketing strategies for new product launches and brand promotion activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure alignment of strategies and tactics.
Provide medical education and training to internal teams, including Sales representatives, to ensure a deep understanding of product features, clinical data, and therapeutic benefits.
Stay informed about the latest advancements, trends, and competitive landscape in Oncology, Hematology, & Virology through continuous learning and engagement with scientific literature and conferences.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies in all medical and promotional activities.
Prepare and deliver presentations on scientific topics, clinical data, and therapeutic advancements to internal and external stakeholders.
Contribute to the development of medical communications materials, including scientific publications, slide decks, and educational resources.
Field visit for observing field activity, Rx follow-up, relationship development with the doctors, market knowledge and promotional policy development.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)

Experience Requirements

1 to 2 years

Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies
