Job Description / Responsibility
  • Sales & Marketing:
  • Maintenance good relationship with ophthalmic doctors.
  • Implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs actively seeking out new sales opportunities through networking and relationship.
  • Product Promotion:
  • Organize and conduct presentations, seminars, and training sessions for ophthalmic professionals to educate them about the features, benefits, and clinical outcomes of using our IOLs lens.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Feedback & Reporting:
  • Collect feedback from customers and the market regarding product improvements, new products, and the competitive landscape.
  • Report on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor / Honor’s / Masters
  • Science background at least H.S.C level
Experience Requirements
  • 5 to 10 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Medical Equipment

Additional Job Requirements
  • Skills & Expertise: IOLs Lens Marketing.
  • 05 to 10 year(s) experience with IOLs lens and related field
