Job Description / Responsibility
  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers.
  • Analyzing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company’s services.
  • Providing insight into product development and competitive positioning.
  • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities·
  • Interest to work for business development and growth.
  • Generate business as per target provided by the Line Manager.
  • Achieve product specific and new business specific target.
  • Process university and visa application process from initiation to completion phase.
  • Have to enough knowledge about foreign university’s course requirements and selection, application procedures, intakes, admission and visa requirements.
  • Organizing the promotional activities such as seminars, workshops, events.
  • Assist prospective students in the application process.
  • Evaluate student’s academic qualifications.
  • Assist students throughout the admissions process.
  • Assist students and their families with admissions, financial aid, and enrollment.
  • Maintain student records, track student progression, and help with graduation planning.
  • Attend college fairs and college events.
  • Deliver the information including admissions, student services.
  • Research and stay informed about our products and services.
  • Counselling with the students over phone regarding admission, scholarship, eligibility, and visa process for higher study in abroad.
  • Build a strong relationship with the students over the phone and face to face.
  • Any task assigned by Line Manager or Management.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Masters
Experience Requirements
  • 2 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Immigration and Education Consultancy Service

Additional Job Requirements
  • Essential Skills·
  • Computer skills including, Word, Excel·
  • Fluent in English - written and verbal·
  • Strong communication skills
