Job Description / Responsibility
- Position Overview:
- As a Senior Student Counselor at TCE Dhaka Office, you will play a pivotal role in assisting students in navigating the complexities of higher education admissions. This position offers a unique opportunity for individuals looking to develop diverse skill sets in higher education, marketing, social media advertising, Salesforce, business strategy, and public speaking. It is ideal for candidates aspiring to pursue a career in counseling, particularly those with an interest in international education and an overseas degree.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Converting Inquiries into Applications and Enrollments: You will be responsible for converting inquiries from prospective students into completed applications and subsequent enrollments in our partner universities across various countries.
- Utilizing CRM (HubSpot): Proficiency in utilizing CRM software, particularly HubSpot, is essential for effectively managing student inquiries, applications, and follow-up communications.
- Social Media Advertising: Develop and implement effective social media advertising strategies to reach potential students, engage with them, and promote our consultancy services.
- Communication with Students: Contact students via phone, email, or text to provide guidance, answer queries, and facilitate the application process.
- Assessing Inquiries and Applications: Evaluate student inquiries and applications, considering academic backgrounds, financial suitability, and career aspirations.
- Discussing Student Options: Engage with students at the lead stage to discuss suitable academic options based on their individual circumstances and preferences.
- Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of student applications through proactive follow-up, ensuring timely submission and completion of required documents.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Immigration and Education Consultancy Service
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software, social media advertising platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Prior experience in student counseling, higher education admissions, or related fields is desirable.
- Fluency in English is a plus
