Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience.
Maintain and enhance the brand image through effective communication, advertising campaigns, and promotional activities.
Oversee digital marketing initiatives including social media management, email marketing, website optimization, and online advertising to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Develop engaging and relevant contents for various marketing channels including social media, website, blogs, and email newsletters.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities for growth.
Plan and executive marketing campaigns, events, and promotion to attract new customer, retain existing ones, increase sales.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives using relevant metrics and tools. Prepare regular report to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and identify arears for improvement.
Implement CRM strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with customer gather feedback, and address customer inquiries and concerns.
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors
