Job Description / Responsibility
  • A Visa Expert Officer is responsible for efficiently and accurately processing visa applications for first-world countries tourist visa (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe).·
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on visa requirements, eligibility, and documentation for their desired destination.·
  • Expert on client handling face to face and over phone. Make and receive phone calls.·
  • Carefully review and verify all client-submitted documents, ensuring they meet the stringent requirements of First World country visa applications.·
  • Prepare all the necessary visa application papers accurately.·
  • Communication: Maintain clear and timely communication with clients, providing updates on the process and requirements· Identifying problems and preparing effective solutions.·
  • Continuously improve and streamline visa application procedures.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor/Honors
Experience Requirements
  • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Airline, Travel Agent, Tour Operator, Immigration/Visa Processing, Travel Startup

  • Age 25 to 40 years
