Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context:
We are looking for "Tours and Travels Agency Expert".
Job Responsibilities:
Airline Ticketing & reservation, Creating PNR, Issuing and Reissuing Tickets using GDS, Fare computation, Product knowledge, Customer Service, Processes cancellations, Hotel Bookings and modifications of reservations.
Provide proper counseling directly, over the phone, and virtual counseling.
Excellent at dealing with clients over phone Providing necessary information to ensure customer satisfaction around the clock.
Co-ordinating and resolving Issues like Ticket re-route,re-Schedule, Re-Issue, Refund Etc.
Expert for Client handling face-to-face.
Must have experience in talking with customers about tour package and visa-related issues.
Designing customized Tour Packages (International destinations).
Ensure the implementation of efficient and customer-centric operational processes.
Have update Knowledge about airline rules & policies.
Have update knowledge about international tour package.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Bachelor of Arts (BA)

Experience Requirements

4 to 8 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Travel Agent, Tour Operator, Immigration/Visa Processing, Travel Startup

Additional Job Requirements

Age 30 to 45 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Travel Agent, Tour Operator, Immigration/Visa Processing, Transport Service.
Be Polite, Active, & responsible with your duties.
Experience with BSP/IATA related operations is plus point.
Should have capability to ensure quality customer service.
Oversee the development and execution of travel packages and services.
Build strong client relationships, understanding and exceeding their travel needs.
Secure best-value deals through effective negotiation with airlines and hotels.
