Job Description / Responsibility
  • Planning menus & costing calculation
  • Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines
  • Overseeing stock levels and maintains the fridge & store rules
  • Ordering supplies and check the price & quality
  • Making staff duty roster and after checking, pass leave application to HRD
  • Check the daily sales & consume report and voucher
  • Supervising staff
  • Agreeing and managing budgets
  • Promoting and marketing the business
  • Checking & handling customer enquiries and complaints
  • Taking reservations
  • Greeting and advising customers
  • Problem solving
  • Cross checking and finalizing sales/ staffing reports
  • Keeping official, statistical and financial records
  • Assessing and improving profitability
  • Setting targets and goal
  • Handling administration and paperwork
  • Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities and sales representatives
  • Making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant.
  • Perform like a coordinator & Bridger with Head Office.

Educational Requirements
  • HSC
  • Diploma in Hotel Management
Experience Requirements
  • 4 to 8 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Hotel, Restaurant, Group of Companies, Resort, Catering, Hostel
