Job Description / Responsibility

Supervise day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning and exceptional guest experiences.
Coordinate with department heads including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B to maintain high standards of service quality.
Recruit, train, and manage staff members, ensuring adherence to company policies and service standards.
Foster a positive work environment conducive to teamwork and employee growth.
Interact with guests to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure their satisfaction.
Proactively seek guest feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to optimize revenue and control costs.
Develop and manage operational budgets.
Oversee maintenance activities to ensure the resort's facilities are well-maintained and operational.
Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and maintenance as needed.

Educational Requirements

Masters / Bachelor.

Experience Requirements

12 to 15 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Hotel, Resort

Additional Job Requirements

Age 35 to 45 years
At least 12 to 15 Years of previous experience in a similar role within the Hotel & Resort.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of Hotel & Resort best practices.
Flexibility to work irregular hours including weekends and holidays.
