Job Description / Responsibility
- We are seeking an experienced and motivated Food and Beverage Manager to oversee all aspects of our food and beverage operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a strong understanding of food safety and quality standards. This individual will be responsible for managing a team of kitchen and service staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maximizing revenue through strategic menu planning and cost control measures.
- Develop and implement food and beverage policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company standards.
- Hire, train, and supervise kitchen and service staff, providing ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
- Create and update menus in collaboration with the culinary team, taking into account seasonal availability, customer preferences, and cost considerations.
- Monitor food and beverage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed and implementing inventory control measures to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to recipe standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area, conducting regular inspections and addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote food and beverage offerings, attract new customers, and increase sales.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels, soliciting feedback and implementing improvements to enhance the dining experience.
- Manage food and beverage budgets, tracking expenses and revenues, and implementing cost-saving measures where possible.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and best practices, and incorporate innovative ideas into food and beverage operations.
- Any others task related to F&B assign by Management.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Experience Requirements
- At least 7 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Restaurant, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies
Additional Job Requirements
- Experience in food and beverage manager roles, with a proven track record of success in restaurant or hospitality settings.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with staff and customers.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations, with certification in food handling and safety preferred.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
