Job Description / Responsibility

- Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and design international travel itineraries considering client's budgets, preferences, and travel requirements.
- Coordinate bookings for flights, accommodation, and transportation.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors worldwide to secure the best deals and negotiate favorable terms for clients.
- Monitor travel alerts and advisories and proactively address any potential disruptions during client's trips.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client information.
- Research and select diverse international destinations that align with our company’s brand and ensure enriching experiences for clients.
- Continuously strive to enhance the overall travel experience and exceed client's expectations.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Hospitality Management
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Advertising Agency, Airline, Travel Agent, Tour Operator, Immigration/Visa Processing, Transport Service
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 26 to 35 years
- Only Males are allowed to apply·
- Minimum 2 years of experience in trip coordination.
- Previous experience in the travel industry or agency highly preferred
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Especially in MS Excel and Google spreadsheet)
- Working Hours: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (6 days in a week).
- Excellent English communication skills (Both Verbal and Written).
