Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Description: This is a full-time on-site role for an International Student Visa Processing Officer at SS Tour & Travels head office locating in Paltan. The Visa Processing Officer will be responsible for providing all the necessary support to prospective students & their guardians for international educational institutions.

- Responsibilities:
- Processing applications and data entry.
- Collection and scrutiny of passports from the Application Centre.
- Handover of Passports to the High commission and/or its Consulates.
- Handover of passports to Courier/Applicants.
- Handover of passports to post office.
- Handling of postal applications.
- Sending Email & Documents to International Universities.
- Achieving offer letters from International Universities.
- Must be able to write SOP
- Responsible for booking Embassy & VFS interview date.
- Scanning and uploading of documentation
- Tracking of passports.
- Handling customer queries in person, by email and on the telephone.
- Fee collection and cash handling.
- Preparing reports for day to day transactions.
- General administration duties.
- The above list is not exhaustive, and other duties may be required from time to time in line with business requirements.
- Handle customer/applicant queries personally.
- Document scrutiny and collection of applications for visa processing.
- Handle cash and bank-related transactions.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor from Public or any UGC approved private university in Bangladesh.
Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Immigration and Education Consultancy Service
Additional Job Requirements
- A proactive can-do attitude.
- Minimum 1 years of working experience in a renowned Educational Consultancy firm.
- Consulting and Communication skills.
- A good attention to accuracy and detail.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
- Customer Service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is mandatory.
- Candidates from English medium background are highly encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of education systems and policies in various countries is a plus.
- Proactive Attitude Proficient in MS Office Applications.
