Job Description / Responsibility
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless service, maintaining the highest standards of quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
  • Nurture a positive and inspiring work environment, motivating and coaching team members to deliver exceptional service.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance the restaurant's profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the chef to curate extraordinary menus and offerings that tantalize the taste buds of our discerning clientele.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends, market demands, and customer preferences to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Drive sales and revenue growth through effective marketing initiatives, guest engagement, and loyalty programs.
  • Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize resources to achieve financial targets.
  • Uphold strict adherence to health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and hygienic environment for both staff and guests.

Educational Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from any recognized institute.
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management Course.
Experience Requirements
  • At least 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Restaurant, Food (Packaged)/Beverage

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age at least 30 years
  • Restaurant Manager / In-Charge the applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel/ Restaurant for at least a similar position 5 years.
