Job Description / Responsibility

Training to the workers, mid-level management and the factory management.
Preparation of Training Material & Training Reports.
Training Delivery/ Scheduling and Follow-up of Trainings to Factory Workers, Middle Management & Top Management.
Excellent knowledge on labour standards, social protection, fire and building law & COC matters.
Highly presentable and smart with excellent communication skill in English & Bengali.
Should be able to Travel.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Law (LLB)
Bachelor of Social Science (BSS)

Garments, Buying House

Additional Job Requirements

Computer literacy and ability to effectively use office technology equipment.
