Job Description / Responsibility

Should understand Garment wash & Quality procedures.
Draft and design layout of equipment & workspace to reduce cost & non-value-added job.
Ensure optimum productivity in accordance with global standards.
Plan & control of wet process & various types of garments washing.
Execute cost-cutting both in dry-process and wet-process.
Monitor wet process production and ensure optimum utilization of man, machine, and material in the wet process section.
Communicate with management and user personnel to develop production and design standards·
Do proper utilization of manpower, well-train up the operators, motivate the workforce, process development & analysis, hourly achievement follow-up.
Study and record time, motion, method, and speed involved in the performance of production, maintenance, and other worker operations.
Analyze productivity and improve the system by implementing the kaizen process.
Check the production; non-productive time; and compile reports on the progress of work and production problems.
Coordinate with Planning & Production Teams on achieving optimum production.

Educational Requirements

B.Sc. in IPE or Textile Engineering from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile, Group of Companies, Washing Factory

Additional Job Requirements

Age at least 24 years
Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
