Job Description / Responsibility
  • As a Salesforce Consultant at Micronetbd, you will be integral in helping our clients leverage the full potential of Salesforce to drive their business growth. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • Engaging in thorough business analysis to identify client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Providing expert consulting services, applying your deep understanding of Salesforce to solve complex business challenges.
  • Have an understanding of Salesforce development to write development instructions
  • Manage multiple stakeholder engagements and work with relevant team members to learn project requirements, facilitate process analysis sessions, and develop technology solutions
  • Identify project issues and risks, and present alternatives for alleviating or resolving them
  • Provide day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance for the connected Salesforce platform
  • Support continued build-out of key reports and dashboards, data administration, and integrity upkeep
  • Recommend new features and improvements to optimize and increase use of the platform
  • Provide technical specifications and help maintain overall documentation for the business
  • Promote best practices, and design the guidelines for security procedures
  • Meet with the developers to translate business requirements into technical terms.
  • Basic QA Knowledge to perform initial testing of the development items before rolling out.
  • Ensuring all solutions uphold our commitment to value and professionalism and adhere to SOC2 Type 2 certification standards.
  • Having basic DevOps knowledge is a plus.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc)
Experience Requirements
  • At least 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Software Company, Consulting Firms

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age at least 23 years
  • Mindset to work at night time in Dhaka office
