Job Description / Responsibility
- Responsibilities:
- Leadership: You will be responsible to foster a supportive and collaborative environment where team members are empowered to achieve their goals through clear guidance, effective delegation, ongoing support, and constructive feedback.
- System Design: Leading the design and architecture of software systems, ensuring they align with business requirements, industry best practices, and architectural principles.
- Technology Evaluation: Evaluating and recommending appropriate technologies, platforms, and tools to support the solution's requirements.
- Requirement Elicitation: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business/system requirements for projects or initiatives.
- Requirement Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of gathered requirements to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and conflicts, ensuring clarity and completeness.
- Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation including business requirements documents (BRDs), System Requirement Specification (SRS), functional specifications, use cases, and process flows to communicate requirements effectively to development teams.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, facilitating communication and managing expectations and scope throughout the project lifecycle.
- Solution Design: Work closely with development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Business Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements by analyzing current business processes and recommending enhancements.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decision-making and support strategic initiatives.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Collaborate with stakeholders to define UAT criteria, develop UAT plans, and execute testing to validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements.
- Change Management: Facilitate change management activities by assessing the impact of proposed changes, developing change management plans, and supporting stakeholders through transition periods.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on new systems, processes, and tools to ensure successful adoption and utilization.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery or business operations, and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate processes, methodologies, and tools to identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices to enhance business analysis capabilities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, project management, and operations to ensure alignment and integration of business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Reporting and Dashboards: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track progress, performance metrics, and key indicators, providing visibility into project status and outcomes.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure quality standards are met through rigorous review of deliverables, adherence to established processes, and proactive identification and resolution of issues.
