Job Description / Responsibility
- Become a part of our dynamic and innovative software firm as a Quality Assurance Engineer, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the flawless quality of our cutting-edge software solutions. We're seeking a passionate and talented individual to design and execute comprehensive testing strategies that guarantee an exceptional user experience.
- Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive testing strategies, plans, and test cases.
- Expertise in manual and automated testing techniques, including E2E Testing, functional, regression, performance, and UAT testing.
- Develop and maintain robust test automation frameworks and tools to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
- Meticulously document and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with cross-functional teams.
- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and practices.
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
- Ability to delve into complex issues and problems by employing clear analytical thinking
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or any IT-related field.
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Software Company, IT Enabled Service, Engineering Firms, Web Media/Blog
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 22 to 40 years
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing roles.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC and industry-standard testing tools and frameworks.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language( JavaScript, Python, Java ) and test automation frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Selenium, Appium).
- Experience and passion for validating UI/UX design
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying defects and edge cases.
- Effective collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
