Job Description / Responsibility
  • Corporate Care seeks a highly skilled Computer Networking Engineer to play a pivotal role in driving the BPO industry. We are looking for candidates with significant experience in IT Helpdesk Support for foreign clients.
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat regarding networking issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network-related problems, including connectivity issues, configuration errors, and hardware failures.
  • Perform network diagnostics, analysis, and monitoring to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues promptly.
  • Document and maintain records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions.
  • Assist with network infrastructure setup, configuration, and maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Stay updated on emerging networking technologies and industry trends.

Educational Requirements
  • B.Sc (Hons.) Computer Science and Engineering (CSE)
Experience Requirements
  • 1 to 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • IT Enabled Service, BPO/ Data Entry Firm

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 25 to 32 years
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Good command of English reading, writing, speaking, and understanding.
  • Able to work at Night shift.
  • If you are not interested in working the night shift, please DO NOT APPLY.
  • Excellent mail communication ability.
  • Willing to work on national holidays, as we work with foreign support.
