Job Description / Responsibility

  • 1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive membership growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify target demographics and potential growth opportunities.
  • Creating sales forecasts and developing action plans to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • 2. Team Leadership and Management:
  • Recruiting, hiring, and training a high-performing sales team.
  • Providing leadership, guidance, and motivation to sales staff to achieve sales targets.
  • Setting performance goals and conducting regular performance evaluations.
  • Providing ongoing training and professional development opportunities for sales team members.
  • 3. Customer Acquisition:
  • Identifying and cultivating leads through various channels, including direct sales, referrals, events, and partnerships.
  • Conducting outreach efforts to promote club membership benefits and offerings.
  • Developing persuasive sales presentations and materials to effectively communicate the value proposition of club membership.
  • Negotiating and closing membership sales deals with prospective members. 4. Retention Strategies
  • Implementing strategies to retain existing club members and reduce churn rates.
  • Building relationships with members to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Developing and implementing retention programs, such as loyalty rewards and member events.
  • Addressing member concerns and resolving issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • 5. Marketing and Promotion:
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and promotional materials to support membership sales efforts.
  • Utilizing various marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and direct mail, to generate leads and drive membership sales.
  • Analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and making adjustments as needed to optimize results.
  • 6. Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Monitoring sales performance and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to membership sales.
  • Analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Generating regular sales reports and presenting findings to senior management.
  • 7. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
  • Utilizing CRM software to manage leads, track interactions with prospects and members, and streamline sales processes.
  • Ensuring that CRM data is accurate, up-to-date, and properly maintained.
  • Leveraging CRM insights to personalize sales efforts and tailor membership offerings to individual needs.
  • 8. Collaboration and Communication:
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as operations, marketing, and finance, to support membership sales initiatives and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Communicating regularly with senior management to provide updates on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Facilitating communication and collaboration among sales team members to foster a cohesive and supportive work environment.
  • 9. Compliance and Legal Considerations:
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to sales practices, data privacy, and membership agreements.
  • Working with legal counsel to review membership contracts and agreements and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • 10. Continuous Improvement:
  • Staying informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to membership sales and customer relationship management.
  • Continuously seeking opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains in sales operations.
  • Soliciting feedback from team members, customers, and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and innovation.

Educational Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field is often required. (Preferred in Foreign Institute)
Experience Requirements
  • At least 10 years
