- Position Overview:
- As the Brand Executive specializing in Shop Decoration, POSM Designing, and Material Management, you will be responsible for enhancing the Vivo brand presence in retail environments through captivating shop decorations, compelling POSM designs, and effective material management. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional brand experiences.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and execute innovative shop decoration ideas that reflect the Vivo brand identity and enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Design and produce engaging POSM materials, including posters, banners, displays, and signage, to effectively communicate product features and promotions.
- Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely production and delivery of high-quality shop decorations, POSM materials, and marketing collateral.
- Manage inventory and distribution of marketing materials to retail outlets, ensuring adequate stock levels and brand consistency.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to align shop decoration and POSM designs with overall brand and campaign objectives.
- Conduct regular audits and evaluations of shop decorations and POSM displays to assess effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Oversee the smooth delivery process of materials to various locations, ensuring timely and accurate distribution according to project timelines.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Telecommunication, Advertising Agency
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 20 to 35 years
- Proven experience in shop decoration, visual merchandising, POSM designing, or material management, preferably in the mobile technology or retail industry.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and knowledge of printing processes and materials.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and brand consistency.
