Job Description / Responsibility

Developing plan and strategies for achieving sales target.
Preparing sales and Marketing budget.
Directing and coordinating all sales activities
Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
Developing and maintaining relationships with key customer
Lead sales team by providing direction and guidance.
Developing sales team through training motivation and counseling.
Tracking and analyzing sales data and making data driven decision

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Masters

Experience Requirements

10 to 15 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

Additional Job Requirements

Age 35 to 40 years
Candidates having MBA/DVM/Animal Husbandry/Fisheries background will be given preference
At least 3-5 years experience in Sales Manager position
