Job Description / Responsibility

Ensure project developments, sand filling & earth cutting related work.
Ensure Road construction work according to Business plan.
Plot demarcation according to layout. Ensure Gas, Electricity, Water supply and others required utility service as per plan.
Prepare bill on the basis of running & final measurement.
Ensure Beautification of the project. Ensure proper inventory management at project site.
Prepare all types of project development report and statistical data analysis.
Ensure quality of work as per Standard.
Ensure work progress as per time schedule.
Any other task assigned by Management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc)

Experience Requirements

At least 12 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate, Group of Companies

Additional Job Requirements

Age 35 to 50 years
Good Leadership Skill.
Managerial Communication Skill.
Team Management.
