Job Description / Responsibility

Overseeing multiple projects to ensure the highest quality construction.
Establish safety practices on site as per company standard.
Maintain project budget and schedule and adjust as needed.
Consult with management to establish various strategies and policies.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operation.
Have good project administration skills, expert in identifying local issues, sub-contractors, consultant issues etc.
Knowledge design and visualization software such as AutoCAD.
Advanced MS office, MS project, Power Point, MS Excel.

Educational Requirements

B.Sc. in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements

10 to 15 years

Additional Job Requirements

Age 35 to 50 years
Experience in Site civil work. BOQ, Quality control, Project safety.
Familiar with BNBC and other related rules and regulations.
Excellent communication skills.
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.
In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current issues.
