Job Description / Responsibility
  • Depote/Distributor hunting and set up. SO recruit & Achievements of pre-defined sales targets.
  • Monitor the activities of sales officers, agents and distributors.
  • Market visit especially the top agents and overall markets.
  • Ensuring day-to-day troubleshooting at the market along with the sales officers.
  • Take the initiatives to uncover areas the covering plan quickly and to share ways forward to increase sales.
  • To check and verify all team members sales reports and send them to higher authorities.
  • Collect market information and track competitors activities.

Educational Requirements
  • Minimum Graduate/Bachelor`s degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum (2-5) years sales experience in Consumer and Toiletries industry

Additional Job Requirements
  • Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
  • Manage existing & new potential agent by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Should have positive attitude.

Location
Anywhere in Bangladesh (64 District)
Salary Range
30,000-40,000 Thousand Taka.
