Job Description / Responsibility

Data Collection: Gather data from various sources within the organization.
Database Management: Maintain and update databases to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data.
Maintain & record cash & bank transactions, proper records for office expenses, track due payment and ensure payment as needed.
To make reports of sales and distribution as per management requirements. Prepare daily & monthly management reports for analysis.
To collect information regarding competitor’s market share, consumption, and rate.
Daily performance report on order, payment & delivery and district wise market information report collection & analysis
Analyze financial and non-financial information and prepare multifarious management reports.
Prepare monthly, periodic, and annual financial statements, regulatory reports, network reports, and other relevant reports.
Render supports for ledger reconciliations and ensures the accuracy of data.
Co-operate with external auditors /statutory auditors and other regulatory authorities for completion of all audits/inspections.
Participate in different types of financial projection/forecasting and ratio analysis activities.
Undertake any other lawful responsibilities as assigned by the office/supervisor.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

At least 1 year
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Trading or Export/Import, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company

Additional Job Requirements

Age 22 to 40 years
Knowledge of Excel – Advanced Excel (Must)
