Job Description / Responsibility
- Verify bills and vouchers for accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.
- Conduct market visits to verify prices, ensuring alignment with predetermined standards.
- Conduct periodic branch audits at Bio-Xin Cosmeceutical's locations as per defined Terms of Reference.
- Physically verify inventory to reconcile with the records.Identify and report any discrepancies between physical counts and system data.
- Identify control gaps and report findings to the Head of Department.
- Recommend corrective actions to address reported control gaps.
- Prepare daily reports summarizing audit activities and immediate findings.
- Compile monthly reports providing comprehensive insights into audit results.
- Communicate effectively, ensuring clarity and transparency in all reporting processes.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance & Banking
- CA-CC or partly qualified will get preference.
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care

- Flexibility to work hard & absorb new skills.
- Should have previous working experience in Accounts & Finance department.
- Good at reporting and presentation.
