Job Description / Responsibility
  • Communicating with customers through various channels
  • Writing and posting technical job descriptions
  • Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
  • Source potential candidates on niche platforms
  • Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities
  • Onboard new hires
  • Answers incoming customers calls regarding issues, service questions, coordinate calls between service providers & service buyers/end users and general client concerns.
  • Outgoing calls to recruit technical resources, reminder of upcoming assignments/projects, follow up & follow through with buyers and service providers.
  • Email and Chat support for both buyer and service providers.
  • Lead Search of buyer and providers.
  • Coordinate to recruit, assign, review and approve service orders.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
  • Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call.
  • Work with the team to stay updated on product/service knowledge.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills a MUST
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Resolving Conflict, Analyzing Information, Multi-tasking
  • Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Must be available to work 5 nights per week from 8 PM to 6 AM.
