Developments of Design for Showroom.

Job Responsibilities:

• Sourcing New design as per the Current Markets
• Regular follow-up with Design
• Build a strong relationship with the Sample Maker.
• Market visit, to see the new design and opportunity.
• Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets to promote the product.
• Make presentation to the potential customers.
• Full fill the STORE requirements
• Prepare report as required by management.
• Develop plans for products and promotion and taking necessary action regarding integrated brand management.
• Develop and simultaneously create the company`s brand image.

Academic Qualifications:

• Minimum Masters degree in any discipline for Fashion Design

Experience Required:

• Minimum 5 Years

Additional Job Requirements:

• Must be Capable to Purchase all the Requires Materials for design.
• Manage sample to see the design for developments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be a team player with good presentation skill.
• Should have positive attitude.
• Capable to start Fashion Design Departments of the Company.
• Visit all the Showroom Dhaka and Chittagong
• Ability to maintain self composure in a high pressure work place.
